I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions. Training sessions can take place indoors, outdoors or online – whatever works best for you and your schedule. I also offer online transformation programs, with weekly checkins and to accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results. I offer online women only classes, if you enjoy classes and working out together you will love these classes.
